So this Comedy Central clip very clearly shows the plight of lobbyists when it comes to standing in line waiting for things... very DC.

Even more funny than Samantha Bee, is the bike messenger (seen below) who totally lays the smack down. AND, he was my neighbor for 2 years. His name is Jay and he ROCKS. He is totally the enforcer when it comes to lines. He has on more than one occasion called in the Cap police to take care of folks who tried to cut in line.
